Spalled Concrete Repair
We also specialize in horizontal concrete repair, including concrete slab cracks and concrete spall repair. Cracks are cleaned and bolts are cut, followed by a cleaning of the impacted areas. If needed, bolts are hammered down into the concrete slab, so that they can be filled with self-leveling epoxy finish to bring your slab back to a level finish, while not compromising the durability of the drilled location. We repair millions of spalls per year to help current outbound tenants honor their commitments at move-out and to help current property managers rehab their warehouse between tenant move-out and securing their next lease contract.
